Dressings Duo

A new pair of dressings, made to sit side by side on the table - different in character, but built for the same instinct: to lift, sharpen, and bring things together.

They’re designed to be used the way we use them in the delis - spooned generously over leaves, stirred through warm grains so they catch and cling, brushed onto vegetables or meat while they’re still hot. Interchangeable, in a way, but each with its own pull. One deeper, one brighter. Both doing the same quiet work of bringing a dish into balance.
